Thailand or Cancun?

Recently, I was trying to make the decision where to go on vacation. We were looking for a beach vacation, but frankly did not want to spend a ton of cash. As you can imagine, based on my blog, Cancun was certainly a consideration. We love mexico because the dollar still goes a long way, and the people are always so welcoming. Well, we do avoid the nonsense in the border towns, but areas like Cancun tend to be very tourist friendly.
This time around, we also thought about Thailand. It’s where we had our honeymoon and it too offers a nice bang for your buck. It’s easy to find Bangkok City Hotels and when you do the research, you’ll see how inexpensive they can be. Like Mexico, the weather is great in our wintertime and there is certainly a lot of sand. Do avoid the rainy season though, because during our summers it can be quite wet in thailand.
